Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of XO Engine, operated by IKIN AETHER MOBILE PHONES & ACCESSORIES TRADING L.L.C. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

• You must have an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account to connect XO Engine.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the security of your XO Engine login credentials.

You agree not to use XO Engine to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading content.
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or Platform Policy.
• Attempt to circumvent Instagram's rate limits or the compliance safeguards built into XO Engine's automations.
• Automate an account that is not your own, without authorization from the account owner.

XO Engine applies a minimum delay between automated sends and an automated spam-risk check before any automation can be published, in line with Meta's platform recommendations. We may pause or disable an automation that we determine puts your account, or Instagram's platform integrity, at risk.

You retain ownership of the content you schedule and publish through XO Engine. We claim no ownership over your Instagram content, captions, or media.

Plan details and pricing are described on our Pricing page. If you add a payment card and subscribe to a paid plan, your card is charged for the initial subscription and automatically at each renewal until you disable automatic renewal.

You may stop using XO Engine and delete your account at any time — see Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Instagram's policies.

XO Engine connects to Instagram through Meta's official APIs and is designed around Meta's published documentation. Meta independently controls its platform, policies, enforcement decisions, rate limits and API availability. Using an official API does not mean Meta endorses XO Engine or guarantees that your Instagram account will remain unrestricted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for an Instagram account being suspended, banned, limited or otherwise restricted; changes or interruptions to Meta's services; or losses caused by your content, instructions, violation of Meta's rules, compromise of your own devices or Instagram credentials, or acts of third parties outside our reasonable control. This exclusion does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by our own breach of applicable law or these Terms.

We do not ask for or store your Instagram password. Your XO Engine login password is handled separately as a password hash, and authorized Instagram access tokens are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for securing your devices and credentials and for reviewing automations before enabling them.

The Service is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business opportunities or data. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of XO Engine after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
